The Virginia QSO Party Logger and the West Virginia QSO Party Logger software is freeware.  I own all the rights, but you can use it and distribute it freely, as long as I get the credit.  There is no cost to you.   If you feel the software is useful, why don't you consider making a small donation to your favorite charity or your favorite radio club?
